Activision has officially announced the next version in the Guitar Hero series. Guitar Hero World Tour, previously dubbed Guitar Hero IV, will add singing and drum playing to the Guitar Hero franchise.
Activision is also promising that all peripherals will be wireless.
There is still no release date for Guitar Hero IV, but the news just keeps rolling in. According to Activision, Guitar Hero 4 will not only include more downloadable songs, but they will be adding a new music-creation tool to the game.
You'll be able to record rhythm, lead, melody, bass, and drums in the new Studio mode. However, you will not be able to record any vocals.
