Take-Two on the other side of a lawsuit this time

Take-Two is suing the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) for pulling Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA) advertisements without explanation.

Take-Two is accusing the CTA, and their sales agent, Titan Outdoor LLC, of breaching the $300,000 campaign agreement.
